Watering ISSUES!!!!

Hello Neighbors,

I'm sure each of you have received and or heard about the mailing from the city with restricting water.

We would ask you to adhere to this policy as well with the even and odd streets. They recommend even house numbers watering on Tues, Thurs & Sat, will odd house numbers water on Wed, Fri & Sun.

Since we are on this delivery we can water on Monday, but just need to be aware that if we over consume, the pump will shut off.

We have had several faults the past few days, which if the water gets below a certain level the pump has a safety feature which will shut it off, so if you have seen your water not running the past few days, this is why. The pump has a 10 minute delay to allow water to recover, if it has several consecutive errors, it will shut down and has to be manually reset. This usually creates a minimum of an hour to hour & half before it can be resolved.

We would ask each of you to look at the times you are watering, we are finding high use between 5am - 9 am... if you could try resetting your timers to water 6 -12 hours different we may avoid this over use all at the same time issue that we are having. We should have enough water, but not all at the same time. If we cannot self regulate our usage we'll have to establish a usage schedule that you'll only be able to water at those specific times.

If we water on odd & even days, we have 190 units, that's 95 units a day. That breaks down to 4 homes watering every hour during the day... that is very feasible. Talk to your neighbors and/or watch to make sure you're not at the same time.

We don't want to become the water police, but if we don't self manage, we may have no water as the pump will burn out.

Thanks for your consideration and assistance with this issue.

Spring Cleanup.

It's spring time again and for the next 4 weekends we'll have dumpsters at the usual locations on Ballards Ln, Bell Ln & Emerald.

Please don't overfill as they won't remove if overfilled... Also don't allow your kids to play on or around.
